Stokewood Surgery is now a part of the Extended Access Hub, available to all patients registered at both Stokewood Surgery and Twyford Surgery.
Stokewood Hub Availability:

| Wednesday | 18:00 to 20:00 |
| Friday | 18:00 to 20:00 |
| Saturday | 08:00 to 16:00 |
This service will be at Stokewood Surgery only.

Please Note:
Patients must be regular registered patients. These extended access services are NOT available to temporary residents.
Patients who have opted out of record sharing will be excluded from booking appointments at any of the Hub sites as the clinical staff working at these sites will require access to your GP records to ensure your safety. If you have previously opted out of record sharing but would like to change this, please contact our data and admin team at Stokewood Surgery.
