During the coronavirus, we will not be giving repeat prescriptions out in paper. To protect our staff please sign up for our online access service.  Ring our reception staff to register.  Alternatively whilst waiting for your online registration, email your prescription to us on WHCCG.stokewoodsurgery-prescriptions@nhs.net.

You will need to nominate a pharmacy to receive your repeat prescription as no paper prescriptions will be given out.

We do not accept requests by phone.

Old Anchor Surgery is closed to the public at the present time.  No prescription drop off service is available at this site.  Please drop to Stokewood Surgery or Wainwrights Chemist during this coronavirus outbreak.

To protect stock levels and ensure patients can get supplies of medication, we will not be issuing repeat prescriptions early and you may find some products will be issued in limited numbers during the coronavirus outbreak. Please do not panic, supplies are coming in all the time and you will get the medication you require but you may need to collect it in smaller quantities.  Please do not phone the surgery to ask for more or larger supply as this is out of our hands.  Pharmacies are extremely busy and you may need to queue.  Please follow the recommendations on social distancing when queuing for the pharmacy, supermarket or wherever you find a queue. Keep yourself and the staff safe.
