Unfortunately we are no longer able to provide a comprehensive travel service.  Here are the travel vaccinations which we, as a surgery, are able to offer:

• Tetanus, Diphtheria and Polio booster
• Hepatitis A
• Typhoid

Please book an appointment with the practice nurse to have your NHS vaccinations at least 6 to 8 weeks in advance of your holiday booking. 
For vaccinations not available under the NHS, you will need to make contact with a private travel clinic who will advise you for the fees involved.

If you are unsure what vaccinations you have already received, we will be happy to supply you with a print out free of charge but you will have to attend the surgery to obtain this.  We do not email information from patient records. Details of your immunisations may also be viewed online by registering for online access.  Please speak to our reception team about this.
