If you need vaccinations not available under the NHS, you will need to make contact with a private travel clinic who will advise you for the fees involved.  
If you are unable to get an NHS appointment for your travel vaccinations due to lack of availability before your travel date, private travel clinics will provide these vaccinations but you will be charged a fee for these.
It is quite acceptable to have your NHS vaccinations at the surgery and then pay for the additional non-NHS vaccinations required at a private travel clinic.
