Wed 25^th December – Stokewood and Old Anchor CLOSED

Thu 26^th December – Stokewood and Old Anchor CLOSED

Fri 27^th December – Old Anchor CLOSED, Stokewood OPEN

Wed 1^st January – Stokewood and Old Anchor CLOSED

Any dates between Christmas and New Year which ARE NOT mentioned above, we will be open as usual.

Extended Hours will not be available Wed 25^th December, Fri 27^th December, and Wednesday 1^st December.

If you wish to contact a doctor or community nurse urgently, phone 111. A recorded telephone message provides this information when the surgery is closed.

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
