We do not accept requests by phone. 

You may email requests to: hiowicb-hsi.stokewoodsurgery-prescriptions@nhs.net (this service is not for urgent requests).

Alternatively we have an online service Patient Access; all new patients are automatically registered for this service. You will be able to book appointments, request repeat medication as well as view some details of your medical records (if you have made this preference).

All repeat prescriptions will be sent electronically over to your nominated pharmacy. If you do not have a nominated pharmacy, please choose one and let the Reception team know. You can change pharmacies if you change your mind.

Please allow 72 hours (excluding Saturday/Sunday and bank holidays) for preparation and signature.
